Booking & Cancellation

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid identity check. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a one-night room charge. For security reasons, changes to guest names are not permitted without prior verification.

Guest Conduct & Security

cyroweplaymor reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who compromise the safety or comfort of others. Our entertainment lounge operates strictly under a no real-money gambling policy.
